As the COO, she is fully in charge of the operations of the company as a Corporate Trustee overseeing a growing staff in 4 regions, eleven (11) licensed Fund Managers and six (6) licensed Custodians (banks) and trustees for twelve (12) schemes under the management and administration of GENTRUST. She is a member of the investment committee that oversees broad investment and risk factors for the portfolio under management. She is responsible for compliance with the regulations governing the multi-million-cedi portfolio. She can boast of twenty-five (25+) years of work experience in the financial services sector covering administration, investments, banking, and pensions
Arielle is an Executive Director of GENTRUST, sits on the board of Nsutaman Community Bank PLC chairing the Credit and Risk sub-committee and a member of the Audit and Compliance sub-committee. She serves as a member of the board of SAHARA IMPACT VENTURES, a tier one investor in climate and digital focused startups across West Africa
She is the past Treasurer on the Board of African Women’s Development Fund (AWDF) grant making foundation with networks and coalitions in 42 African Countries. She also served on the Investment Advisory Committee (IAC) of the Equality Fund (EF), Canada for a two-year term. Equality Fund is a Canadian based organization facilitating government funding and multi-sector philanthropy through gender lens investment for women and the socially sidelined.
In addition, as a certified IOD, her ability to recommend changes and implement them to reflect current demands of a business, is an asset to any board.
Arielle is a disciplined, confident professional holds a master’s in Business administration from Bellevue University Nebraska USA, a bachelor’s degree in English with linguistics from the University of Ghana, Legon, Ghana, a diploma certificate in Public Relation from the London School of Public Relations, UK, a certificate for High Board Performance from SIRDAR, a Chartered Risk Analyst from ICC and IoD certified.
She is a leisure swimmer and golfer, a lover of music across diverse genres, a mother of two and a hodophile.
